All You Need To Know

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED?

Delivery is included in the price up to 10 drive miles from downtown Nisswa.  

We can deliver farther out, please call and we will see what we can do.  

CAN I PICK UP MY RENTAL?

We have a delivery only policy on all watercraft.  It's included in the price.  Enjoy your vacation and let us fight the boat landing.

WHAT IS A DAMAGE DEPOSIT AND WHY?

 

We have a $1000 damage deposit requirement for each watercraft, that is a fully refundable so long as watercraft is returned in the same condition as supplied.  This is very common to the rental industry to protect everyone from damaged watercraft and hopefully prevent accidents.

We are happy to say we don't often retain damage deposits.  We want to be in the rental business, not repair business.  We do at times have to collect to repair or offset damage that obviously depreciates our watercraft.  

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA FEES CHARGED TO ME?

You will be charged only for fuel that you use at the end of the rental.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a non-refundable reservation deposit.

 

Exception is if the weather does not permit you to operate your rental, we will gladly refund or change dates to fit your needs.

HOW DO I RESERVE YOUR WATERCRAFT?

It's super easy.  Click "book now" under what you want to rent.  

Call or text us with any questions on help with booking. 

VRBO & GROUP TYPE RENTALS?

 

We get this type of rental request a lot.  Here is our recommendation.

We only allow people at the rental safety briefing to operate our watercraft and require they be 18 years old.

 

We strongly urge the actual renter to NOT allow anyone  else to operate the watercraft that is not immediate family.  We seek reimbursement from ONLY the actual renter, no matter who was driving or who caused the damage.

 

If your friend or cousin damages your rental, YOU are now their creditor, not us.  We speak from experience here, just say no.
